The level of development of the territory on which the construction of construction sites is carried out has a great influence on the industry specialization of construction organizations, its differences and peculiarities. In underdeveloped areas, the industry structure is less pronounced than in developed areas. Construction organizations that are beginning to develop the territory, except for the construction of basic industrial, transport or energy facilities, are forced to engage in the construction of infrastructure facilities. These are residential buildings, social, cultural and educational institutions, health care and communal services.
Plastering of facades in a residential building should be carried out after the completion of the main construction works, with terazim mortar. All wooden parts - after the end of construction, it is necessary to proceed with the addition of a small amount of paint for subsequent painting with oil paints. Plaster base - terazim solution. Wooden elements of the balcony, stairs - painted with oil paints. Entrance doors, window openings will be painted with oil paint 2 times. Internal work must be carried out after covering the roof and glazing the windows. The internal plastering of the walls is performed with lime-sand mortar M-4, the ceiling is plastered with cement mortar. The ceiling and the inner surfaces of the walls are painted with water-glue mixtures. In the bathroom and toilet, a panel with glazed tiles is arranged at h - 1.80 and h - 1.20 m. Relative to the floor level, the walls in the pantry are whitewashed with lime mortar. The floor - in the rooms and the hallway - parquet on the logs on brick columns on the 1st floor, on the 2nd floor on reinforced concrete panels on the rough floor, in the kitchen, in the corridors, the pantry - wooden planks on the logs laid on the brick columns; in the boiler room, in the bathroom and in the bathroom - from Metlach tiles on a concrete base.
5. Structural organization Considering the structure of the construction industry, it should be noted that it has various structural aspects: • industry structure (two areas are distinguished: the industry of construction materials and the totality of construction and installation organizations that carry out construction on construction sites) • functional structure (implementation of production connections, service connections and management); • territorial structure (taxonomic units of various ranks, starting from points of the construction industry to regions of the regional type and higher, connected by production ties)
